Payments are handled by Stripe using the customer portal and payment links. Therefore, all financial information is entered directly on Stripe's site.

Credit is associated with your Cedar CI account using your e-mail address. The payment links provided will prefill the e-mail address which should not be changed.

Frequency 

We offer two options for payment frequency: onetime or monthly.

Onetime 

At any time a onetime credit purchase can be made. This can be utilized both during an initial trial period or as a supplement to a monthly subscription.

Monthly 

For regular customers a monthly subscription can be configured to repeatedly purchase credit. The subscription can be managed using our Stripe customer portal.

Unit 

Credit may be purchased in units of $10 USD.

Cancellation 

It is the responsibility of the customer to cancel their subscription via the Stripe customer portal.
